Standard Orders
Domestic and International orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days Monday thru Friday. We take all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover).
Order Status Tracking: For the status of your order(s) or questions, please feel free to contact us at 480-250-0827. If it is a web order, please check your order from the website.
Arizona Sales Tax: We do collect state sales tax (8.3%) for all shipments within Arizona. Orders shipped outside of Arizona are not taxed at this time.
Domestic Shipments
All orders are insured and shipped via Federal Express Ground (3-4 days delivery is typical). Base charge for Federal Express ground is $16, any other special shipping needed please contact us at 480-250-0827. Insurance will be charged at the rate of $1 per $100.
Both Domestic and International orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Also, while we have found that Federal Express provides the most reliable, consistent, and cost-effective service to our clients throughout the world, contact us if you would like other shipping arrangements that differ from those described above.
Collecting, Protecting, and Using Information
Customer information that we maintain is stored in our internet database as well as our corporate customer database. We do not under any circumstances sell or rent customer information to any outside company or organization, nor do we permit any such organization to use customer information for its own business purposes.
