Returns Policy

With every purchase, we allow seven (7) days inspection period. If for any reason you do not want to keep an item that you have purchased, simply request a RMA number return the item in original condition within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping and insurance. All Returns must be shipped and insured at your expense and are not included in the refund.

If we feel that the returned piece is in any way damaged or different from the piece that we originally sent, we will return the item to you and no refund will be offered or made. These policies are in place because we are an internet company. All SALE items are a Final Sale. All Layaways are a Final Sale. Thank you for doing business with Hy Ho Silver Trading.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, call us immediately. We can cancel an order at no charge before it is shipped. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your order before proceeding to checkout. We cannot combine or add to any order once checkout has been completed.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange this order within 7 days after you have received it. When you return the items for exchange, they must be returned in their original packaging and UNUSED condition. All returns must be approved and an RMA number assigned to the return and labeled on the package. Shipping costs are additional. All SALE items are a Final Sale. All Layaways are Final Sale.
